Package Explanations

 Basic Package - $1500                                                                                                                   

• Basic Engagement Session of two hours OR Bridal Session held at local Greensboro park or other agreed upon location (includes 11x14 print)
• Up to 400 4x6 unmarked proofs delivered within eight weeks of the wedding OR digital negatives
• A second photographer to capture moments where the lead photographer is not 

Standard Package - $2600                                                                                                                                              

• Basic Engagement Session of two hours
• Bridal Session held at local Greensboro park or other agreed upon location (includes 11x14 print)
• Up to 400 4x6 unmarked proofs delivered within eight weeks of the wedding
• Wedding Day Negatives
• A second photographer to capture moments where the lead photographer is not

Premier Package - $3150                                                                                                                                                

• Bridal Session held at local Greensboro park or location of clients choice (includes 11x14 print)
• Premier Engagement Session
• 2 additional hours of wedding coverage
• A minimum of 600 4x6 unmarked proofs delivered within eight weeks of the wedding
• Bridal, Engagement & Wedding Day Digital Negatives
• A second photographer to capture moments where the lead photographer is not

A la Carte (pick and choose your package)

• Additional Hours - $150/hour                                                                                                                                         

Additional hours may be added up to 30 days before the wedding

• Digital Negatives - $500                                                                                                                                            

High resolution files on discs (copyrights given when disc is purchased)

All events included on CD (Engagement, Bridal & Wedding Day)

Additional Fees and Costs

• Events exceeding 2 ½ hours travel time require an extra $300 and hotel stay in the night before and after the wedding
• Destination weddings require extra fees for travel and hotel that will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Ashley Crutchfield will do the booking and hotel accommodations, upon which the client will be invoiced and the balance will be due 15 days from the notice. Destination weddings require a one to three night stay depending on the length of travel.
